Nous publions aujourd’hui notre note concernant l’index de
l’égalité salariale mis en place par le gouvernement.

Les 5 indicateurs de mesure sont les suivants :

– Pay gaps between women and men in comparable positions and of similar age.

– Gap in individual salary raises.

– Gap in promotions between women and men.

– Salary raises upon return from maternity leave.

– Gender distribution among the ten highest-paid employees.

Our actions :

Gender diversity has always been at the heart of the initiatives undertaken by our Group.

Career advancements and salaries for women and men have since been placed on an equal footing.

All these actions must continue.

Our Result:

After several years of focused efforts on professional equality, the Ollandini Group achieved, for the Ollandini Economic and Social Unit, a score of: as of 12/31/2018.
