Gender Equality Index 2024 – Ollandini
Today, we are publishing our score for the gender pay equality index implemented by the government.
The 4 measurement indicators are as follows :
· gender pay gap between women and men in comparable positions and of similar age,
· gap in individual raises and promotions between women and men,
· raises following return from maternity leave,
· gender distribution among the ten highest-paid employees.
Our Actions :
Professional gender diversity has always been at the heart of the initiatives undertaken by our Group.
