The Cala Sultana apartments are situated in 5 hectares of private grounds, planted with endemic corsican species. The residence, covered with wood, is in perfect harmony with the natural mediterranean beauty of the area.

These 65 top-quality apartments, with a capacity of 2 to 6 persons, have either a first floor terrace, or a ground floor private garden area fully equipped.

The stylish interiors are bright, elegant and comfortable.

Cala Sultana offers a privatized heated pool (23*7m).

Bedrooms

Stays from Fridays to Fridays; or Saturdays to Saturdays.

Apartments are all equipped with air-conditioning, kitchen with oven, microwave oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwater, washing machine, rolling shutter and electric blind.

4 types of apartments are available

  • T1 for 2/3 persons (35 m²): An entrance room with bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with queen size bed.

  • T2 3/4 persons (42 m²) : An entrance room with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate bedroom with a queen size bed.

  • T3 4/5 persons (53 m²) : An entrance room with a single bed,  bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with twin beds (convertible in queen size bed on request).

  • T4 5/6 persons (88m²) : 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds. A private garden of 150m2 with terrace.

Conditions

General terms
  • Check-in and check-out on Fridays or Saturdays only.
  • Check-in from 5:00PM on arrival day. Apartments must be vacated at 10:00AM on departure day.
  • A 600€ deposit is required at check-in, by credit card pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will be released after your departure.
  • Tourist tax is additional, calculated by a percentage of the overnight stay and a maximum of 3.30€ per person per day (rate subject to change by the municipality without notice).
  • Sheets are renewed once a week. Bath towels are not furnished (rental is 6€ each).
  • Cleaning service is available on reservation during your stay for 65€ only on tuesday and friday.
  • A final cleaning charge of 65€ is mandatory.
  • Animals are not allowed.
Booking terms
  • A Credit Card is required in order to confirm a booking. The Credit Card must be valid until the end of the stay.
  • Free cancellation until 15 days prior to arrival (8 days depending on the selected rate sales conditions)
  • If cancelled later or in case of No Show, 100 % of the estimated booking amount will be charged and is non refundable.
