The concept

New in 2017 on the beach of Santa Giulia! An ecological hut, committed to a fair trade approach, with an emphasis on organic products produced locally! Fruits and vegetables harvested from local producers, but also Corsican cheeses, organic wine, coffee and tea: a light meal and natural refreshments, the ideal combo on the beach!

From the plate to the materials used for decoration (furniture, map, dishes etc.), everything has been thought around this concept: natural, local and organic.

Organics products from the plate to the deckchair !

Peach, apples, lemon, oranges or strawberries : we choosed two locals producer to offer you trays of fresh fruits and vegetables and of course they are organic ! These fruits and vegetables also allow us to make fresh juices with differents flavours !

For "L'Oasis Santa Giulia", we picked an organic chees in the Rizzenese valley. Don't forget to taste the "tomme" on a toast or "raw"

At Bonifacio, few miles away, we found for you an organic bread producer ! All the toasts you will enjoy, sweet or savory, are made with this bread !

Don't forget the organic Wine ! Still near to us, at Porto-Vecchio, the Granajolo domain provide us a great and tasty wine !

And last but not least the "Ribella" ! An unique and organic beer from the north of Corsica !
