Diving

The diving club “Porto-Vecchio Plongée,” located just minutes from Santa Giulia (400 meters from the Porto-Vecchio marina), welcomes you for introductory dives or discovery packages at various spots. Boat Rental

Two departure bases are available to you: directly on Santa Giulia Bay or at the port of Porto-Vecchio. Anchoring in Santa Giulia
Boat owners will be pleased to know that it is possible to moor in Santa Giulia Bay, thanks to our partner Aztech Marine. The company can assist you with various services: mooring, technical interventions if needed, supply of spare parts, refueling on request, and waste collection.
“Moorings in Santa Giulia” by Aztech Marine organizes the installation and management of light mooring zones for boats, balancing the growth of recreational boating with sustainable development without compromising the ecosystem. We can talk about ecological mooring or anchoring, as opposed to traditional concrete mooring blocks. This new technique is much less harmful to the marine environment: the installation of an alternative anchor only disturbs a few centimeters of the seabed, which is quickly recolonized, and the installation of a tensioned rode does not touch the seabed at all. One or the other of these techniques is applied depending on the nature and resistance of the substrate as well as the weather conditions to be managed. Ready to set sail?
